I listen before I troubleshoot.
Understanding the person and the situation comes before choosing the solution.

Making Technology Work for People
Behind every ticket, project, and deployment is a person simply trying to do their job. My role has never been just to solve technical problems. It is to reduce friction, build confidence, and help people succeed with technology.
People First
Over the years, I have learned that the hardest technology problems usually are not about technology.
They are about uncertainty.
Someone cannot do their work. A new employee feels overwhelmed. A team is anxious about change.
The technical solution matters. Helping people feel heard, understood, and confident again matters just as much.
That is the approach I have tried to bring to every help desk call, every infrastructure project, and every conversation throughout my career.
Working Together
These are the habits I try to bring to the work every day.
Understanding the person and the situation comes before choosing the solution.
People feel more confident when the solution makes sense instead of feeling like a set of mysterious steps.
A small improvement to a process can make work easier for many people, every day.
Clear documentation helps the next person succeed without having to start from the beginning.
Problems are easier to solve when the person asking for help knows someone is listening and staying with them.
Good systems and processes improve as people and needs change.
Real Moments
A few moments that capture what I want people to experience when we work together.
“I appreciate that you validated me. I don’t have to think I’m going crazy.” Sometimes solving the problem starts with helping someone feel heard.
The best infrastructure projects are not remembered because everything changed. They are remembered because Monday morning felt ordinary.

Technology never stands still, and neither should the people who work with it.
Guiding Principles
When uncertain, return to the mission.
Whether you are modernizing infrastructure, improving support, or helping people work with confidence, I would love to be part of the conversation.
Before You Go
I hope you leave knowing a little more about how I work—and the kind of teammate I strive to be.
